Description
Blue Vervain, Verbena hastata ~ Bitter but beautiful, the leaves and flowers of blue vervain have long been considered a relaxing nervine, traditionally used for nervous conditions involving spasming. The European relative has been used for nervousness, exhaustion, and headaches. Blue vervain is commonly tinctured and used in tea blends.
