Oregano

Description

Oregano, Origanum vulgare ~ Spicy, highly aromatic, warming, moving. Oregano, a common culinary herb, has been extensively researched as an antimicrobial. Traditional uses also include expectorant, as in for colds, coughs, flus, and topical uses against common skin infections as well as a warming, soothing remedy for arthritis.
