Description
Burdock Root, Arctium lappa – Sweet, moistening, mild, and nutritive, burdock root is traditionally consumed as the vegetable gobo in Southeast Asia. In European and Western herbalism it has also been called an alterative and is considered a gentle digestive tonic and liver cleansing herb. It can support blood purification and is considered beneficial to hormonal and dermal health.
