Nettle Leaf, Urtica dioica ~ Rich in chlorophyll and minerals, which come through in its green flavor. Nettle is a spring tonic, one of the earlier and abundant greens which is also very nutrient rich. It is popularly used as an immune tonic to support those with seasonal respiratory allergies and traditionally as a diuretic and for aiding elimination.

*Destemmed is the process of removing stems from the plants that we harvest. Destemming provides a more potent material, the properties are not diluted by stems, and dried herbs are more vibrant in color without including stem pieces. Destemming is not a common practice in the herbal industry because there is 21-70% loss in plant volume
